What are
Logistics Guarantees?
Logistics guarantees underwritten by Credeq on behalf of licensed insurers are typically issued as security to SARS Customs or logistics counterparties, aligned to regulatory or operational requirements.
These guarantees are intended to provide assurance to beneficiaries that, in the event of a client’s non-compliance with agreed terms, a valid claim may be submitted under the terms of the guarantee facility. Use cases may include deferment accounts, bonded warehouse acquittals, consignor bond requirements, or security for credit lines extended by Transnet.
